The Art Rental Programme represents approximately 150 artists with over 450 original works of art, comprised of a wide variety of styles and subjects.  It promotes the appreciation of visual arts in North Vancouver by making the work of local artists available for display in homes, offices, and for use on film and television production sets.

The Art Rental Programme provides an opportunity to rent art (for up to three months) and enables you to “try out” that special artwork in your home or office.  Renting art removes a lot of the pressure involved in buying an original artwork. You can have fun trying out original artwork in your space, get comfortable with the piece, and welcome art into your everyday. If the art works for you, you may then choose to purchase it, and your rental fee will be applied to the purchase price..

195 new pieces of art have been added to the 2023 programme, including two of my pieces. This is my third year participating in this event, and I was thrilled that in 2022 one of my artworks was rented for six-months.

There will be a four-week long exhibition at the CityScape Community Art Space, from January 13 to February 11, 2023, showcasing the new pieces in this year’s collection.
