Eternal Dreams Series

“Eternal Dreams” is inspired by the captivating landscapes of Le Marche, Italy.

This collection abstracts the essence of rolling hills, vibrant sunflower fields, poppies, the azure waters of the Adriatic, and the beloved olive trees and pine umbrellas, all of which have profoundly inspired me. Most of all, the sunlight - both the golden morning light and the warm evening glow - has always fascinated me.

“Eternal Dreams” reflects more than just the beauty of these landscapes; it captures the essence of dreams that, while not fully realized, continue to whisper their significance. These dreams remind us of the importance of sharing ourselves authentically and shining our light, in whatever form it may take.

Living in Italy has been a dream of mine for many years. I still remember the first time I set foot in Le Marche, Italy. The warm golden glow of the morning sun illuminated the rolling hills, and I felt an inexplicable sense of peace. I envisioned a simple life: owning an old farmhouse in the countryside, painting in a spacious studio, growing vegetables, and harvesting olives. Yet, this past year has been far more challenging than I ever imagined.

Dreams, as beautiful as they are, don’t always unfold the way we imagine and, despite my determination, I had to come to terms with my reality and make the difficult decision to let this dream go.

Not all dreams come true, some need to be buried so they can live forever.
— John C. Maxwell

Each painting in this series holds a piece of this journey, reflecting the quiet, enduring presence of dreams that linger within us, holding deep and lasting significance - even when they remain unrealized. We all have dreams that change shape or direction, but their essence never fades.
