“Broadening the Horizon” Group Art Exhibition
I am excited to announce the launch of my new exhibition, being held at the Silk Purse Arts Centre in West Vancouver.
This is a group exhibition, with fellow mixed-media artists Connie O'Connor and Idris Hudson, and it runs from July 27th to August 21st, 2022. The exhibition is being held concurrently with the Harmony Arts Festival - an amazing artist and artisanal marketplace alongside the ocean, in the beautiful Ambleside neighbourhood.
The installation looks stunning, and the art from all three artists compliments one another beautifully. I have included a couple of pictures below that showcase my art.

Having my art exhibited at the Silk Purse has very special and personal meaning to me, and it is something I have long dreamed to do. I have been to this gallery countless times, having taken in many exhibitions here over the past 33 years while out walking along the spectacular seawall in West Vancouver.
The Ambleside and Dundarave seawall is my ‘special place’, where I come to find solace. Sitting on a log beside the ocean, looking off into the horizon, and reflecting on my life and events has always grounded me. It constantly gives me new inspiration, for both my art and my life.
